B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blackberries
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, purple yam, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 mango
D: 1 chicken drumstick, kung pao green beans/bell pepper/carrot w/ LOTS of peanuts (need to cut down on that, eheh.), 2 cucumbers raw
Dess: 1 jujube, eight treasures tea (thanks mom)

Exercise: 1 mi run, Zumba class 60 min, 2 mi night walk
