L: spring greens, 1/2 cucumber, kabocha squash, sweet potato
S: 1 yellow peach, blueberries
D: 1 chicken drumstick, tofu/cauliflower/onion stirfry
Dess: eight treasures tea w 2 jujubes, Longyan, goji berries
Exercise: 60 min yoga
