B: mark gave me a surprise! homecooked breakfast! but it was...baked goods...
1 oatcake (oat flour, wheat flour, butter, pine nuts, cranberry, sugar, baking soda)
lots of fruit - nectarine, raspberries, blackberries

L: spring greens, sweet potato, 1/2 mango, lemon juice
S: rest of mango (frozen)
D: dinner with the fam: hot pot!
cabbage, lettuce, chicken, tofu, bean noodles in chicken broth - with peanut sauce and spicy sauce
edamame/fried tofu/chicken
spicy pig ear
marinated cucumber
sooo good =w=
Dess: watermelon

Exercise: 4 mi run (to Bommer Canyon and back), family night walk <3
