B: oatmeal, blueberries, brown sugar, 6 almonds
S: coffee with almond milk
L: spring greens, avocado, 1/2 cucumber, kabocha squash, sweet potato, 1/2 mango
S: 1 yellow peach
1/4 bag of boiled edamame (120 cal) - so good! had this before my workout so I could last til a late dinner.
D: 1 chicken drumstick, green bean/kale/carrot stirfry
Dess: 1/2 mango

Exercise: 60 min bodycombat (man, this class is HARD), walk
