B: oatmeal, raspberries, brown sugar, 6 almonds
S: coffee with almond milk
tea
L: spring greens, 1/2 cucumber, kabocha squash, sweet potato, 1/2 mango
S: 1 yellow peach, 1/4 yellow pepper
1/4 bag boiled edamame (120 cal)
D: 1 chicken drumstick (the ralphs ones are so small!), cauliflower/carrot/snow peas/onion stirfry
Dess: 1 mango

Exercise: 60 min Zumba class, 1 mi jog there
