L: dim sum!
Chicken feet, dumplings (fried and dragon), pumpkin taro square, duck tongue
S: 2 tangerines, 2 raw baby peppers
6 candied peanuts
D: Szechuan food: spicy beef, bean sprout/chicken/green onion stir fry, rice noodles, bean noodles, pickled cabbage

Exercise: 5 mi walking (3 hours) through beautiful fish creek park + 1 mi post dinner walk along bow river
