D: 3 course meal in heritage park!
small salad, raw veggie sticks with ranch
Sauteed Portobello mushroom, pepper, asparagus, carrot, broccoli sprout
Dess: mint chocolate creme cake....so yummy!
Exercise: hike through edworthy park (2.5 hour walk)
