L: talloudeh salad, 3 bites pita shawarma sandwich
S: some of heidis fruit smoothie (150 cal), 3 rice crackers
1 apple
D: fried pork chops, snow peas, pork blood congee
Dess: blueberries

Exercise: swimming, walking in south glen more park, river floating
