D: Thai food in banff - very small portions :(
Pad Thai, lemongrass veggies, ginger tofu, kalbi, Singapore noodles
Dess: tea, a mint candy

Exercise: hiking in lake Louise and lake Agnes (8 km, 11 to 4)
