S: 1/2 korean melon

L: spring greens, sweet potato, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cucumber, mango, lemon juice
S: lots of peppermint green tea
(everytime I got water for my tea, I had to say no to the incredible looking costco veggie pizza sitting in the lounge, hohoho.)
D: dinner at Kevin and Margaret's
mango/pepper salad
1 turkey patty (200 cal alone) with onions, avocado, and mustard
Kevin was kind enough to surprise me and Margaret with Sprinkles cupcakes. Unfortunately my mind couldn't quite get over the whopping 500 calories (!) each one is on average, so I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I just couldn't. If I want to treat myself to a dessert, I want it to be on my own terms, relatively pre-planned, self-chosen to be my favorite food so I can fully enjoy it and feel like I'm rewarding myself. I know this sounds weird. I'm sorry Kevin!
Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class + 1 mi jog
