B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 2 strawberries, 9 almonds, 2 egg whites [experimented with putting egg whites in with oatmeal for volume. very interesting, but probably won't do often.]
S: coffee with splash of soy milk
L: spring greens, kabocha, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 apple
S: mate tea with splash of soy milk
baby carrots, 1/2 apple
2 strawberries
1 pita chip with hummus
D: bokchoy/enoki, asparagus, boiled chicken breast (Mark showed me how he used to make chicken. Plain chicken breast, boiled. It was...interesting)

Exercise: 60 min Zumba, 1 mi jog
