B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 2 strawberries, 3 almonds
S: Orange Mandarin Spice tea w/ splash of soy milk
coffee w/ soy milk
baby carrots, 1 small peach
L: spring greens, kabocha, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 small peach
D: 1.5 chicken drumsticks, tomato/eggplant/zucchini/tofu/onion stirfry
Dess: 5.2 oz frozen yogurt
Exercise: P90X Abs 15 minutes (unfortunately, didn't get to yoga on time due to a car crash on freeway)
