D: 1 chicken drumstick, celery/carrot/tofu stirfry, jiu cai w/ egg (ate w/ Mark, but didn't cook enough I think, b/c I was still hungry afterwards :( )

1 small green apple
Exercise: 60 min Zumba + 1 mi jog
