D: tomato soup with eggplant, zucchini, and shirataki noodles (I found these noodles in the tofu section at Zion. Made of a japanese mushroom, not well absorbed by the body --> literally zero calories. crazy, right? tasted like dad's thick vermicelli noodles)
Dess: 1/2 pomegranate
green tea
Exercise: 60 min Turbokick (was a very intense class today!)
