October 20, 2013

B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado, cucumber, beet
S: 1 large apple
some bites of yesterday's fatty beef leftovers
D: dinner @ Frances and Bennett's! with Mark
- 2 bowls kabocha squash soup with kale, spinach, onion
- 1 slice home-made wheat/sesame/barley seed bread
- spinach/enoki/tofu stirfry (this is what I brought haha)
- 1 cup frozen banana w/ greek yogurt
These two are pretty much the best chefs in our class, so it was a real treat getting to eat at their house. Great food, and even greater company.
Dess: 1/3 honeydew

Exercise: today was a terrible day. went to yoga but it was an unannounced substitute, who gave us absolutely zero work out. ugh, ugh, ugh. didn't have time to do any replacement exercise.
I think I stress ate as a response.
