B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds
S: 1 cup coffee, 1 cup tea w/ soy milk
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado, cucumber, beet
S: 1 apple, baby carrots
one bite of a choc chip cookie
D: (sort of dinner w/ Mark? He came as I had finished cooking haha) steamed egg, a little bit of leftovers, lotus root
Dess: 1/3 honeydew melon
tea

Exercise: 60 min Zumba w/ fave UCSD instructor (makes up for Sunday's failure of a yoga class!)
