S: 1 apple, baby carrots
1 cup tea w/ soy milk
B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds (woke up late, so had to bring this into class)
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado, cucumber, beet
S: 2 slices home-made walnut pumpkin bread (thanks Theresa. probably shouldn't have eaten this but it was delicious!)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, spinach/onion/bean sprout/shirataki noodle stirfry
Dess: 2/3 hami melon. eheh.

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
