B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds
S: coffee w/ soy milk
L: delicious greek food!
2 chicken/bell pepper skewers, 2 pcs gyros, lots of greek salad (lettuce, feta cheese, cucumber, tomato), 1 falafel, some hummus and tzatziki sauce
[avoided rice, pita bread]
S: 1 apple, baby carrots
tea
D: 1 chicken drumstick, veggie soup (tomato, onion, garlic, zucchini, eggplant, tofu, and new addition, 2 spoons of black bean! successful)

Exercise: 60 min Zumba, 2 mi jog
