B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds
S: 2 cups tea w/ soy milk
1 apple, carrots
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, beets
S: 1 granola bar (190 calories)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, leftovers from yesterday, enoki/bean sprout/carrot/celery/tofu (put too much curry powder, didn't turn out too well)
Dess: went to Extraordinary Desserts with Alice and Mark!
flourless apple pecan pumpkin torte....oh my goodness, so decadent! tasted like nothing I've ever had :)

not my healthiest day, but no regrets.
