L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, beets, cucumber

D: 1 chicken drumstick, tomato/onion/eggplant/shirataki noodle stirfry
Dess: 1 asian pear

Exercise: 60 min yoga (the normal instructor came back. yay!)
