B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, beets, cucumber
S: 1 apple, carrots
1 chocolate-dipped pretzel (18 cal)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, spinach/carrot/onion/black bean/shirataki noodle stirfry
Dess: lots of grapes
my new favorite tea - 'bengal spice'

Exercise: 60 min Zumba (substitute teacher, boo) + some trampoline jumping at Sky High (w/ Mark, Kelsey, and Luke!)
