B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds
S: tea with soy milk
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, beets, cucumber
S: 1 apple, carrots

D: vegetable medley soup (tomato, zucchini, onion, carrot, lettuce, black bean) - by me
grilled tilapia - by Mark
chicken breast and celery - by Mark
to save time we decided to cook separately, was a great success! probably aided by the fact that Mark actually came with me to Zion this week.
Dess: Bengal Spice tea
