B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds
S: genmai cha (tea)
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, beets, cucumber
S: 1 apple, carrots
grapes
D: 1 chicken drumstick, tomato/onion/carrot/eggplant/lettuce/tofu stirfry
Dess: 1 asian pear

Exercise: 60 min Zumba class, 2 hours salsa dancing with Mark (didn't work up a sweat in the salsa, but it was fun!)
