B: oatmeal, brown sugar, raspberries, 6 almonds
S: plain coffee (vanilla infused!)
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 peach, cucumber
S: 1/2 peach, baby carrots
yerba mate tea with 'splash' of soy milk (like a matcha! very yummy)
D: 1 chicken drumstick (marinated from Zion), stirfry leftovers from yesterday (+shirataki noodles and edamame), lotus root - a large dinner
Dess: party at Rishi's
- 1 lg spoonful buckwheat noodles w/ sesame seeds and cucumber (a delicious appetizer made by Frances and Bennett. I have to get the recipe from them)
- 1/3 honeydew melon (from me)
- 1 slice pumpkin pie (from Taz)
- 3 handfuls Annie's Cheddar Bunnies (a brand of cheezits + pretzels) (from Rishi)
- bite of protein powder-based dessert (from Mark)
Ate a lot, needless to say. resisted all the cookies and chocolate, but caved on the pie!

Exercise: 60 min yoga
