B: oatmeal, 1/2 banana (my bananas are turning very brown), brown sugar + spices, 6 almonds
S: med coffee w/ skim milk
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1 cucumber, 1/2 avocado
S: tea w/ skim milk
1 apple
D: 1 chicken drumstick, leftovers, broccoli/onion/carrot/tofu/edamame/lettuce/shirataki stirfry (yup, put a little of EVERYTHING in there!)
Dess: 1 apple :(
Exercise: 60 min Zumba (really great class today)
