L: My first time eating Ethiopian food! Really delicious, a small restaurant called Red Sea Restaurant
- vegetarian combo: a plate lined with teff (a type of fine grain) pancake, covered with various pickled vegetables. sour but delicious. multiple pieces of teff bread came with it
S: Ethiopian coffee (waitress put a lot of sugar in it though! very interesting, came as part of an elaborate traditional ceremony, almost like tea ceremony in China)
