L: spring greens, extra kabocha, 1/2 avocado
S: 1 apple
5 small kiwis
bite of curry
D: a feast in Irvine! home sweet home
- bok choy soup, steamed sea bass, fried belt fish, chicken (2 ways), pea sprout sitrfry, lotus root-meat sandwiches, lots/mushroom/peanut/carrot, pickled sichuan vegetables
Dess: homemade smoothie - strawberries, banana, honey

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba
