B: oatmeal, blueberries, brown sugar + spices
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, black beans, 1/2 apple
S: 1/2 plate chicken, rice, pinto beans, guacamole
1/2 cantaloupe
D: date night with Mark
Small appetizer of onion cheese tart + smoked fish
Salmon, quinoa, arugula salad w/ beets
[portions at this restaurant were very small!]
Dess: small pumpkin frozen yogurt (165 cal) - delicious!

Exercise: 30 min running on treadmill (ACA ran late, missed my class) - 250 cal, 2 miles
