B: oatmeal, 1/2 banana, honey + sugar, 6 almonds
L: 7 dragon dumplings, tofu, sweet potato noodles, edamame
S: 1 guava, 1 green apple
D: Irvine feast day 2!
leftover chicken and beltfish, tomato and eggdrop soup, steamed sea bass, spinach, peanuts, chinese celery and beancurd

Exercise: 1 hour yoga
