D: broccoli/onion/green bean stirfry (1/2 of normal) + chicken and junk (pieces of deep fried zucchini, salsa, tomato - did avoid all tortillas, chips, and beef) from Trivia Night
Dess: 1 apple, 1 asian pear :( :( :(
Exercise: 60 min Zumba, 1.5 mi jog
this week's intake has been ridiculous.
