Happy Halloween!

B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 6 almonds
S: 1 slice home-made vanilla cake with chocolate frosting (bad slip on my part, PBL instructor baked a cake for my group)
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1 cucumber, 1/2 avocado
S: 1 apple, carrot
tea
D: a TON
- 2 medium plates of 1/2 kimchi-brown rice (amazing, by Frances and Bennett) and veggie stirfry (by me)
- 3 mushroom turnover bites
- 1 sausage our d'ouvres
- 1 slice mango custard pie
- 6 chips and guacamole
- 1 asian pear
....yup, lots and lots of food

Exercise: 1 mi jog to gym, 3 mi on elliptical (~230 cal) (Zumba class was cancelled)
