B: oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, 5 small almonds
S: coffee w/ soy milk
L: spring greens, kabocha, 2 spoons of sweet corn (from a can), cucumber, 1/2 avocado
S: 1 mini apple, 1 handful of edamame and pretzel sticks, 10 cashews ('healthy' snack day at school)
1 korean melon
1 apple
D: lovely dinner with M
- fish filet (by Mark)
- egg white omelet w/ broccoli/onion (by Mark)
- quinoa (me)
- chives and egg (me)
Dess: Sprouts chocolate samples
1 tangerine
grapes

sigh...too much snacking, again!
