B: oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, cinnamon
S: 1 biscotti, coffee, grapes (we had a PBL party, I brought grapes. Had to resist multiple other baked goods, miraculously did so)
L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, corn, cucumber, kabocha
S: 1 serving Amaretto Tiramisu from ACA (it was in a TINY cup, perfect size! only I found it online later it was 240 cal...oh gosh darned it)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, 1/3 chicken breast, kung pao green bean/tofu/carrot/onion/edamame (by me), broccoli/onion/almond(?) (by Mark)
Dess: grapes

Exercise: 50 min Zumba
overall, better than yesterday
