L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, corn, cucumber, kabocha

- walnut/pear/blue cheese/spring green salad w/ vinaigrette (looked storebought?) - mostly ate this. yum!
- 3 card-deck sized pcs grilled chicken (Dr. Yoojin grilled this himself! Marinated in Safeway ginger lemon sauce beforehand, which I will have to try)
- 2 home-made spring rolls (a Filipino specialty by Dr. Maribeth)
- 1 pc ravioli. there were 4 giant trays of pasta that I managed to sidestep, for the most part...did try the spinach, shrimp, and sun-dried tomatoes that were in the pasta!
(in total, 1.5 large plates of food)
Dess: 1 slice home-made cheesecake, 1 sliver mango tart
1/3 mango
Exercise: 60 min Zumba
