B: oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, 5 almonds
S: 1 apple
L: kale salad from Naked Cafe (friends wanted to go out to celebrate post-test) - cucumber creamy dressing, mango, coconut, almonds, kale, etc
S: 1 apple
graham crackers (gingerbread house decorating!)
D: tomato vegetable soup
1 chicken drumstick, 1/3 chicken breast
(unfortunately, didn't get to eat this until 11 PM :( )

Exercise: 3.3 mi jog
