B: oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, 10 small almonds
S: coffee w/ soy milk
L: spinach, 1 carrot (peeled it using a peeler, made fun carrot noodles!), 1/2 avocado, 2 servings yam
S: 1/2 baby honeydew melon
5 pcs edamame
D: dinner w/ Mark
- baby bokchoy soup, celery/carrot/tofu/lettuce stirfry (by me)
- 1/2 chicken breast, asparagus/onion/egg white quiche (by Mark)
Dess: 1 mango

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba
