B: oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, 10 small almonds
S: tea w/ soy milk
L: spinach, 1 carrot (peeled it using a peeler, made fun carrot noodles!), 1/2 avocado, kabocha
S: 1 apple
D: large pot of vegetable tomato soup, 1/2 chicken quarter
Exercise: 60 min Bodycombat (yay)
no dessert! sad how this is now considered a major accomplishment when it was an everyday occurrence several months ago....
