B: oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, 10 small almonds
S: 1 baby mango
coffee
L: spinach, kabocha, carrot, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 avocado
S: bakery taste tests (gingerbread, cranberry cookie), 1/2 of a friend's custard bun
1 apple
tea
D: 1 HUGE coconut twist bread (this may have been a mistake...tasted so good though)
1/2 chicken quarter, broccoli/tofu/onion/mushroom (less than usual)
Dess: ginseng tea

Exercise: 60 min yoga
