S: tea w/ splash of soy
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, beets, garbanzo beans
1/3 plate angel hair pasta and 1 garlic bread twist piece
S: 1 apple
5 almonds
coffee
D: 1 chicken drumstick, celery/carrot/tofu/lotus
tilapia, veggie stirfry, egg white (thanks Mark)
Dess: 1 pear

Exercise: 60 min Athletic Training (whoo)
