B: 1/2 cup oatmeal (tried cutting back to previous portions), cinammon, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 10 almonds
L: spring greens, kabocha, 1/2 avocado, carrot, edamame, cherry tomato
S: coffee w/ skim milk
leftover almond crisps
1 Starbucks bread taste test (it came in the cutest little cup!)
1 green apple
D: tomato veggie soup, basa fish filet, tomato/garlic/broccoli stirfry (thanks Mark) - less than usual, I think!
Dess: 1 pear :(
tea
