B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 10 sm almonds
S: 1 whole Mexican papaya (!)
L: spring greens, 1 avocado (it was going bad), kabocha squash,
S: 1 Taro Puoluo Bun (it was very large. and very good)
black coffee
tea
D: East African food with Margaret, Mark, and Kevin!
- ginger juice
- 2 sambusa (fried dumpling-like appetizers, 1 spinach, 1 lentil/chicken)
- jerk chicken
- nyoyo and sombe (vegan side dishes)
- one African flat bread (like a thin green onion pancake)

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba, with my favorite instructor David!
