B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 5 sm almonds
S: black coffee
L: spring greens, kabocha, beet, avocado
tea w/ soy milk
S: 1 whole cantaloupe (!) O_O
D: fish filet, broccoli/egg (thanks Mark), steamed egg, jicama
tea

Exercise: 1 hour bodycombat (yay!)
