S: 1 apple, 10 baby carrots

D: 1 chicken drumstick, bok choy

Dess: 1 small chocolate chip cookie + ladyfinger :(

Exercise: 3 mi jog - MET to beach and back! Hard to start but lovely scenery. I think I can tolerate the jog better than I did a year ago - hopefully this means my endurance has improved.
