S: 1 apple, baby carrots

1/2 frozen banana
D: tomato/eggplant/tofu/onion/carrot
asparagus, zucchini/carrot, salmon (thanks Mark)
Dess: 2 strawberries
1 thin coco-fleur cookie (32 calories)

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
