B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, brown sugar, 5 almonds, almond milk
S: 5 almonds
green tea
L: spinach, fennel, beet, kabocha, 1/4 avocado, cucumber
S: 1 small apple
ginseng tea
D: 1/2 chicken quarter, 1/2 chicken breast katsu
basil cauliflower and mushroom stirfry
Dess: 4 kumquats, 2 strawberries

Exercise: 60 min Zumba

I think I had ~8 cups of tea today...
