L: kale, beet, 1/4 avocado, cucumber, kabocha
2 wontons (cooked wontons for Linh)
S: black coffee
1 med apple
3 kumquats
D: 1/2 chicken quarter, broccoli/carrot/onion/tofu
boiled edamame
Dess: 1 slice cantaloupe

Exercise: 60 min Zumba
