B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, 5 almonds
S: 5 almonds, tea
L: kale, beet, 1/4 avocado, cucumber, kabocha
S: 1 apple
D: 1 chicken drumstick, 1 filet steamed tilapia (70 cal)
broccoli/tofu/shirataki stirfry
Dess: korean melon (brought this to Eulanca's for a girl's night in. unfortunately, Marg Eu and Linh are ALL slightly allergic to melon and I had no idea -___-. but they liked it!)

Exercise: 60 min Zumba (not the greatest class, but it's ok)
