B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, 5 almonds
S: 5 almonds, tea
L: spring greens, beet, 1/2 avocado, cucumber, kabocha
S: 1 apple
D: 1/2 chicken quarter, salmon (Mark came unexpectedly after I was done! thanks Mark)
broccoli/shirataki/tofu/carrot stirfry
Dess: homemade baked applesauce (took some older spongy green apple, put cinammon, and baked in toaster oven. tasted like apple pie! obvi shared w/ Mark)

Exercise: 50 min Zumba videos w/ M and Eu
