B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, b sugar, 10 almonds
S: black coffee (I've been re-using coffee grinds. oops)
L: spring greens, beet, 1/2 avocado, kabocha, orange (ran out of lemons and they're so expensive these days...so I'm just using our front yard oranges for now)
S: 1 med apple
1 salted caramel macaroon (40 cal) - mmm
D: eggplant/tomato/mushroom/onion/tofu/shirataki
steamed swai filet
Dess: tea tea tea!

Exercise: 60 min Zumba (w/ my favorite instructor - going less often makes me appreciate the classes more!)
