B: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana, chia seeds, b sugar, 10 almonds
S: black coffee
L: kale, beet, kabocha, 1/2 avocado
1/2 pear
S: tea
1 apple
1/2 pear
D: eggplant/tomato/onion/mushroom/tofu/shirataki
- used Korean gochujang (red pepper paste) - very yummy! like bibimbap w/o the rice
- I just realized this is the third day in a row I didn't eat meat. weird! plenty of egg/tofu to fill in for protein though.

Exercise: 60 min Zumba (w/ David, love this class too)
